Alliance converted the upper floors into warm white boxes, allowing tenants to apply their own design vision to each space.
The lower level houses a speakeasy, workout space, meeting rooms, and a kitchen. The first level features a new entry off Champa for convenient street access. The historic façade was preserved with minor repairs and upgrades, and a new service elevator was installed to complete the scope.
