This design-build project delivered a mixed-use civic facility encompassing city offices, a council and courtroom, a police station, a 10,000-square-foot public library, and a 16,800-square-foot fitness center featuring gender-neutral locker rooms, a gymnasium with a running track, workout facilities, and activity rooms.
The building structure incorporates a pre-engineered metal frame, providing long open spans with minimal interior columns to allow for flexible, adaptable spaces that can grow with the community. Sustainability is central to the design, with state-of-the-art solutions for energy usage, construction methods, and durable materials selected to ensure the building is easy to maintain and timeless in its design.
