Estimating plays a significant role in identifying and controlling project costs. The Alliance estimating team provides complete and accurate estimates, even with very preliminary conceptual drawings.

Following schematic documents, design development documents and construction documents, Alliance provides clients with detailed estimates of their project cost. Alliance prepares all estimates in a customized format and reviews those estimates with the client and architect. We develop a scope of work specific to each project and provide pricing based upon that projected work plan. This method, rather than the traditional “cost per square foot method” provides the client with a comprehensive basis for cost analysis and further design considerations.

Alliance also prepares estimates in a Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) or trade formation. This enables us to easily compare budgets with each bid packet received.
