Construction

In addition to providing full-service commercial construction services, Alliance also serves as Construction Manager (CM) for many of our clients. Construction Management is appropriate for private and public projects, particularly relatively complex jobs where continuous monitoring of cost and schedule are exceptionally critical.

As CM, Alliance serves as the owner’s agent in all matters from pre-design through completion.  A Construction Manager may be hired to assist with any phase of a project but typically is engaged early (preconstruction phase) for maximum value to the owner.
