The Holiday Inn Full Service is a 105,000 square foot hotel consisting of 161 rooms. The Holiday Inn Full Service includes IHG's newests full service restaurant & bar, Sporting News Grill, a pool and hot tub area, fitness center, business center, and over 3,000 square feet of meeting rooms.

The Holiday Inn Express is a 72,000 square foot hotel consisting of 139 rooms.  The Holiday Inn Express includes a business center, pool and spa, boardroom, and a continental breakfast area.

The hotels were built concurrently on a six-acre site and were delivered as a package.
