Location: Fort Collins Owner: Integrated Capital Architect: Vaught Frye Architects Project Description: This renovation project consisted of remodeling approximately 28,000 square feet of existing conference room and public corridor. The conference rooms were upgraded to include new electrical fixtures throughout, mechanical retrofit and top end finishes. Public restrooms were upgraded and new plumbing fixtures, "floating" granite countertops, slate wall and floor tile and private stalls with birch doors were added.
