Location: Denver Owner: Crescent LLC Architect: Oglesby Sherman Design Project Description: The Denver City Center Marriott project consisted of a remodel of the Grand and Junior Ballrooms as well as the Pre-Function area. This 37,000 square foot remodel was completed in a six-week time frame on a fast track schedule. Alliance Construction used extensive value analysis to reduce the cost by $987,000 to meet the design and owner’s budget. This project had no staging area with a zero lot line. All materials were delivered and immediately installed. The project required intensive coordination between the contractor, owner, subcontractors and suppliers.
