Location: Fort Collins Owner: Integrated Capital Architect: Oglesby Sherman Design Project Description: This proejct was a full 6 floor guestroom renovation. This project consisted of upgrades to 232 rooms and 6 corridors. All construction will took place with the hotel fully operational. Maintaining guest satisfaction during construction was of utmost importance.
