Location: Denver - DIA Owner: The Summit Group Architect: Mind's Eye Architecture Project Description: This hotel features 72,203 square feet of new construction with four stories and 122 rooms. Hotel amentities include an indoor pool, fitness center, lobby bar and meeting space. This project was completed ahead of schedule even with winter working conditions in the initial phase of the project. The hotel also was the first of Marriott's Gen-3 Springhill to have a "shimmer-wall" in the main lobby.
