Location: Fort Collins Owner: Dengler & Associates P.C. Architect: Dengler & Associates P.C. Project Description: The Burr Oak Design Center is a unique 7,700 square foot office that is built "ultra green." The project was built using the latest in energy saving and environmentally-sound building practices. This building received a LEED Silver rating from the USGBC. The building encompasses heating and air conditioning systems that consume one-fifth of the energy of traditional buildings, natural lighting and "dark-sky" artificial lighting to reduce light pollution.
