Location: Fort Morgan, CO Owner: Brim Enterprises, Inc. Architect: Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects Project Description: This 68,000 sf project consisted of a new emergency medical services entrance and new entrance/lobby and administration area as well as new mechanical rooms. The work was comprised of both load-bearing masonry with brick veneer exterior and steel-frame, bar-joist metal deck with structural stud framing and an EIFS-brick veneer hybrid exterior closure. Work also consisted of part relocation, part construction of MRI facilities and x-ray services. The project was phased due to continued operations and required detailed coordination of renovated areas to maintain access and owner's operations.
