Location: Fort Collins, CO Owner: LSI Logic, Inc. Architect: RNL Design Project Description: Harmony Corporate Center in Fort Collins was constructed for LSI Logic, Inc. as an office and training facility. The three-story structure is a total of 119,100 square feet. This project included extensive site development and CDOT-approved lanes on two major road abutting the project. Alliance provided significant sitework for the 14-acre property, including construction of a storm-water detention pond and on-site irrigation source. Alliance completed this project 54 days ahead of schedule.
