Location: Loveland, CO Owner: The Everitt Companies Architect: RNL Design Project Description: This award-winning 55,000 sf 4-story office building is located off the shore of Equalizer Lake in Loveland, CO. Brick and architectural facades encompass the steel structure and feature a unique "eyebrow" that accents the exterior of the roof. The office building is home to Alliance Construction Solutions, McWhinney Enterprises, I.R.E.S, Huebner & Peterson, Tate & Associates and numerous others. Alliance Construction Solutions was privileged to serve as the General Contractor for many of tenant improvement projects throughout the building.
