Location: Fort Collins, CO Owner: 1st National Bank Architect: Vaught*Frye Architects Project Description: The 1st National Bank main office in Fort Collins received a face-lift with the renovation provided for on the removal of the existing walls, new exterior glass, new face brick, remodeled entrances, landscaping improvements and an expanded east stair tower that complements the current tower facility and site presence. All work was completed while the bank remained fully operational. Alliance Construction Solutions closely monitored the work activities and coordinated the schedule to complete power shut downs after operational hours to avoid disruption.
