Project Description: The Rosewood Senior Apartments located on the Bonell Campus in Greeley, Colorado is a product of the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. The Society is a not-for-profit and charitable organization based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, operating over 240 senior resident and care centers throughout the United States. This 20,000 sf free-standing facility provides additional dwelling space, communal living areas, special hydro-therapy tubs and temperature controlled rehabilitation/therapy pool. The single story wood framed facility includes brick veneer, siding and asphalt shingle roofing. In addition to the living facility, an octagonal chapel area was added to another portion of the facility.
