This project was a 46,000 square foot addition and remodel to the Best Western Kiva Inn in Fort Collins.

The hotel remained fully operational throughout the construction process requiring extensive scheduling and coordinating efforts. Special interior features include a complete remodel of the hotel atrium/lobby centered on a two-story round fireplace.

The original brick and siding exterior of the hotel was completely remodeled to reflect the facility's new southwestern design. Alliance also oversaw a complete landscape redesign.
