This project was an extremely detailed HVAC replacement that entailed replacement of 5 RTU's and 1978 era "ductboard" ducting throughout the operating medical office building.  Alliance Construction's perfect ICRA record and HCC certified staff worked nights and weekends on a fast-track schedule to replace the entire HVAC system with no impact to the facility during working hours.

The 5 RTU's served 3 different floors including dental / optometrist areas (basement), offices / radiology / pharmacy / procedure rooms (1st floor), and WIC / OB Gyn / Pediatrics (2nd floor).  Work also included new VAV's and controls throughout.
